I'm wondering how can I create my own wallpapers for my S9?
Which steps/programs you use to edit,crop,resize,etc..

The easiest way is just using paint. Just get the square select thingy, and select the area you want to use. Just make sure it's 272*480. And if you want a bigger surface of the picture as background, resize it

For basic image manipulation like cropping, resizing, sharpening etc. I find IrfanView to be very convenient.
