Radio Problem in J3

hi,

i have a very strange problem in j3. "When i explore between app. menu, j3 suddenly freeze at radio application. i was wait approximately 1-2 min. and nothing happened. Then i had to reset the device. After that i started the device and again j3 freeze at radio.

I upgraded the firmware from 2.23 to 2.26 (with obey the firmware upgrade rule). I start again radio, device is not freezing now but i can't hear any sound in earphone or not."

Can you help me in this problem!!
