i need help with my meizu m6

i can't get it to show up. my computer under removable drive. when i plug it in using the usb cord it says its charging but thats it. i tried turning it on but nothing it just said charging again, and i restarted my computer but nothing. i want to put more music and photos on it. any ideas?

Hi! Make sure your M6 player is turned on before plugging it in your computer. Then look under My Computer and it should be there.
