I bought a clip zip from sandisk but have not been entirely happy with it. I wanted to return the player before my 30 days were up but the sandisk tech said they don't give refunds! So now I'm stuck with it. I guess for now on I'll have buy from amazon. Has anyone else had this problem?

Thanks for the reply. I did call tech support directly and they will refund me. I was doing the online chat before with a tech, I don't know why he couldn't have said "Sure just call tech support". Oh well, everything's good. Thanks again for the reply.

Indeed! What did you not like about the new Zip? They shipped with the original firmware; two revised builds are available, making the little Zip even better. It's possible that updating the firmware may solve any issue you may have had.
