Can't activate touchscreen after 10 sec

Hi everyone! At last I have upgraded my d2+ and got cowon j3 few days ago.It seems to be like an awesome device but it took for such a long time untill Ive figured out how to set all those EQ settings to get the sound I wanted. D2 was much easier to deal with. Anyway, here are some questions that really irritate me!!!!!
1. Why the J3 does not recognize and does not play m4a format?all the music I have added was from d2 and there was no a single issue with playing such a format ( as I've mentioned before I thought I have made upgrade not downgrade)
2.The other issue is about touchscreen. Why everytime when the sreen turns off I have to use switch on/off button to activate it? Why I cannot activate it with a simple touch like I could do with any touch device including d2 unless I have not used lock button...
