Hello (Grammar isn't that good
)In the past 3 months I went in vacation In one day I saw that the START/Block screen button was different ( I mean when I open my Player,when I have to press that button it feels differently,damaged,it moves a little in the case like it isn't glued enough,it also makes a strange noise) 2 days after I've seen the button acting weird ,it completely failed (falling,or getting inside the case,I cannot press it anymore) What should I do??? I have a 3 years warranty on that player,but the player stood almost 3 weeks closed on empty battery,I hope it didn't affected the battery I'll contact the service company (from where I've ordered my player) Should I contact Cowon forums,or some employee ?? I'm VERY pissed , a premium player,with this kind of problem... Searched Google,nothing related(or I haven't seen) (*Edit I haven't dropped the player or anything,it simply broke while using the button |

Interesting charge it to see if you can bring it out of dead cycle then RMA it.
