Clip+ 32GB micro SD Card - Not working

I just purchased a Clip+ and 32GB micro SD card (3C Pro). I put the card in my computer and dragged and dropped aprox 10GB of MP3 files onto it. Then I put the card in my Clip+. It hung up “refreshing media”. I waited almost an hour to see if it would ever finish. Then, I powered down/on the Clip+ and it hung up again. Then I removed the card and changed the setting to MSC and tried again. With MSC on, it doesn’t even acknowledge a card is present. I put the card back in my computer and it seems fine – the files play with no problem. Any idea what is creating this problem and how to fix it?
