Replacing the TRRS Plug on headphones

I am currently trying to replace the plug on a pair of klipsch s4i
I bought a TRRS replacement plug and cut the wires out.
There 5 different wires: 2 copper wires, 1 red, 1 green, and 1 red/green/plastic mix.
On the plug, i think that there are only 4 contacts points but I may be wrong.
This is my first time trying to do something like this. Does anybody have any tips/advice on where the wires should go? Thanks.
