Default A quality outfit called Audéo

Just have to get this off my chest cause I'm quite impressed with Audéo's customer service. Got my PFE's a little over 2 years ago and they were first generation which means they came with cables that lost a good deal of their flexibility after only a few months. This is a known problem and Audéo used different cables in later batches.

At some point I wanted to take them back to the place I got them from but couldn't find the receipt at the time. A few days ago I was going through my papers looking for something else and found the receipt.
I was just a few days over the two year warranty.

I decided to give it a shot and contacted Audéo's customer support directly via email. A marketing assistant wrote back to me and asked for pictures of the phones and the receipt. I sent the pics hoping they could get me a better deal for new phones and instead got the reply that in order to spare me the trouble! to have to deal with the company I bought them from (since the warranty has already expired) they are going to send me new phones sans the accessories.

Like the title says, a quality outfit called Audéo. Thanks Sandra.

Thanks Walkgood. I agree, I read about them being really good about customer service and still was floored at how they handled my inquiry.

Once their 2-armature phones come out I'll throw money their way for sure.
