Hi, A few days back when i connected my zen mozaic ez300 to my PC, the PC didn't detect it and "Scanning Disk..." started displaying on the player's screen. This is the first time that something like this has happened and i've been using this for about a year.
When i try to switch it on it boots upto the Creative and Zen logo and switches off. I accessed the recovery mode and cleaned, formatted and reset the player. But none of this worked out.
The charge on the player is almost full and I use Windows XP SP2. Please help me out!
