Default Experiences with MP4Nation?
I pre-ordered the Brainwavz M2 from MP4Nation and as expected, my order went to processing as they were not getting them back in stock until 7/8.
It's now 7/13 and my order still says processing.
Is it possible that they don't update status and my new toy may indeed be on its way?

Just looking for other's experiences. I have the patience of a saint when it comes to research but once I decide on something and place the order, I want it yesterday lol.

They do update it. I ordered mine on the 4th and 2 days later I got an email saying that the item was mailed out.

But I'm still waiting for them...

Heard back from them, apparently they shipped but the ship to the US location and then will ship to me from there.

Today I received a really weird status update from them.


07/04/2011 Processing
07/06/2011 Mailed Out Item mailed out.
07/13/2011 Your parcel weight in grams 211.8

That helps me so much...

MP4Nation's notifications sometimes seem to have been a bit, um, inconsistent at least in the past, but it tries ... If you're concerned, you might just want to email them--I've always received a reply.

The problem is more with the Hong Kong postal service. That last status update means that they have caught up with the backlog and now your item actually is on its way.

I've ordered from them before and by now I know the routine, lol.

It took me 5 weeks to get my SoundMagic PL-30, and while it was worth the wait, it was excruciating. It does seem the weight of the problem does lie on the Hong Kong Post, with customs and whatnot. I have always gotten an email reply from them within 24 hours, and they always know more about where my package is than Hong Kong Post's website.

Got my shipping notice today with and estimate of 7/21 woot!
So just over two weeks, not too bad.
