Help Where can I find headphones similar to Sansa's?

Hey I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find/what brand has headphones like the type that come with Sandisk Sansa mp3 players?
I really like these, I find them more comfortable than others I've tried but when I tried going to stores to buy a replacement all they had was the kind you jam into your ear canal or earbuds that were hard material (no foam cover like the Sansa's have.) The foam-covered ones I've owned in the past were too hard or they were the wrong shape/size but my Sansa's are better. I had two pairs but one has wires sticking out and the other the audio stopped working in 1 ear. Unfortunately Sandisk doesn't seem to sell replacements. I have heard from others that the Sansa headphones also sound better than most other types...

Probably easier to just order them. I kept that link from the last time someone wanted some. Not my cup of tea but like Xia several people have said they like them. They go in and out of stock but they're usually available.

AFAIK SanDisk won't sell them or even give them away but they do replace within the first year warranty. Last year I did find that you can buy them from the manufacturer out of china who makes them for SanDisk but the minimum order is like 200 and it works out around a buck or less each but I didn’t save the link. IIRC I looked thru a bunch of IEM OEM manufacturers which you can find via google but I doubt you need more than a pair or two.

That's why I posted the link to the Sansa ordering page. I don't use the Sansa stock buds but I've given or sold a bunch of Sansas. The feedback on the stock buds makes me think the build quality is spotty. I know one person that's used them everyday for the last 15 months or so, no problems. I've had others complain about one side or the other, usually the left, going bad in a few days.

$22/w shipping is what a 4 pack would cost me. Most buds I see in the big box stores run more than that. Even if 2 of them die and 2 live a while you might break even. Maybe.

I'm sure most of the people who own a Sansa player would easily part with their unused bundled earbuds for a couple of bucks or maybe even for free (I've seen that before). Many people don't even unpack them.

Yea, I've got five different pairs of Sansa buds, but all of them look different than each other. I dunno what's up with that... And I'd sell 'em cheap, but just the price of shipping them would make it cost more than they're worth if I wanted any sort of profit on them.

Obviously, buying such a cheap phones makes sense only when no shipping is needed. Or somebody suffers a severe case of SEWS*.

(*SEWS - Sansa Earbuds Withdrawal Syndrome)

I won't say they're good. But I have heard much, much worse. There was even a thread about that I just found where others expressed how well they liked them. One person even complains that they were a "victim of the myth of stock crap earbuds". They bought more expensive 'phones and didn't hear enough improvement for it to be worth it to them.

To each is own I say. If Xia likes them, then that's what they should listen to. If they're comfortable and sound good to them, why not? They asked for assistance in finding them, not approval.

No, no, I wasn't trying to be condescending. They always felt fairly uncomfortable to me. If you like it, I got nothing against you. I didn't say Xia shouldn't want them. Merely stating my confusion...

Those look nothing like the ones I have, but at least they are close to the same shape so they may work ok.

The ones in the link seem like the older generation of earbuds. The recent ones have more of a circle shape and are black instead of silver.

More like this:
