Default My foams keep coming out in my ears!

Problem I've been having recently.

A year ago I bought a pair of Ultimate Ears 5vi earphones with mic from Amazon. The silicone sleeves included either hurt my ears or failed to seal, and the Sony hybrid sleeves have to be adjusted every few minutes or they lose seal as well. The included Comply foams worked wonderfully, though, but eventually the two pairs wore out.

So I checked Comply's website and found the appropriate size--T-400, according to Comply's website last year. But I've noticed that they fit rather loosely on the stems and tend to fall off easily after a few weeks of use, especially the right-side one.

So I'm wondering, did Comply's website sell me a bill of goods? I checked it again and it appears that UE re-released the 5vi with an iOS-friendly remote and a right-angle plug (grr, wish mine had a right-angle plug) and renamed it the UE 600vi. The Comply site claims that the UE 600 uses the T-200, not the T-400.

So, I'm now confused. Which Comply foams are the right ones for the UE 5vi? The T-400 get loose on the stems after about two or three weeks of use, and start falling off inside my ears, making me toss them long before the foam's no longer useful. I could be getting a month or more--with gentle cleaning, of course--out of these foams if they would stop getting so damned loose on the stems.
