A few weeks back I'd had enough with intermittent sound. The headphone socket had become worn - possibly from keeping the Clip+ in my pocket and the headphone jack was straining the socket.
I ended up calling SanDisk support and got through to someone in Europe (I live in the UK) and without much fuss, got an RMA confirmation email a few days later with full instructions. After sending it off (at my cost they insist) in a jjiffy bag with a copy of the email they sent me attached, a wee or so later a nice new retail, boxed Clip+ came back very securely wrapped. Not bad, but good service, SanDisk. |

I would agree, I RMA'd one last year and had a replacement in a week, IMO SanDisk does give good service ...

I recently RMA'd my clip+ as well.
Mine took about 2 weeks, but they never sent an e-mail with the tracking number and such. In their instruction e-mail they stated that an e-mail would come once the replacement was sent. I don't know about you, but I was pretty worried that my clip+ never reached Sandisk. |

My Clip+ doesn't have the juice to run more than 2 hours now, its been only 4 months since I've bought it. Would they by replace / repair it for me if I reach them? Hate running out of battery when I'm in my design class. Nothing sucks more than work without music

Certainly 2 hours is not normal.

If you bought it new and have your receipt it's definitely worth trying. As I said in the other thread 2 hours battery life after 4 months means somethings wrong in my book. The things would hardly be worth buying if you had to replace them every few months.

Well, it seems like I've got a defective device. I bought it off Ebay, new and unused; does that I can? I'll try the support center here in India.
