Default Reformatting for Windows FROM a Mac

Well it's a sad day but I just sold my S9. I got a macbook a year ago and the S9 continually freezes up and is bugging out. Yes I've read every post there is on preventing this but it is still happening and too much of a nuisance to continue with it. So, my question is this, the buyer has a PC and I want to make sure it is wiped clean and working properly for him. Since I have a mac, is there a way I can reformat it for him so that it's ready to roll when he receives it? I don't format stuff often (except for when I tried to get it to work with my mac) so I'm kinda dumb when it comes to some of these disk utility functions. Any help would be much appreciated!

I run mine through virtualbox setup of windows on my little macbook. It gets me around the freezing issue everyone else gets.

You really don't need to format it, just remove the music and then remove any personalization in the S9 you put on there.
