Cowon s9 won't turn on or screen won't turn on

Hi,

Can anybody help please?

When I try to turn on the device, nothing happens. When I try to hit the reset button nothing happens. However, when I try to plug it to my laptop, it detects the files but the screen does not show up indicating if its charging.
