EQ Settings with the best bass?

I'm looking for a custom EQ settings for my Cowon J3 that'd produce the best sounding bass. As I've tried fiddle around with the EQ, but couldn't seem to produce a good result. So well, if anyone's very experienced with the EQ, can u like help me make one which you'd think has the best bass.. And post the settings here?

I'm currently using the Hip-Hop EQ as I'd think the bass sounds more clarified than any other settings..

Well I'm using the VBs..

I think the VB have the best bass already on their own, without EQing.

If you want to give it more punch, try lowering (not raising) the second EQ band a few notches, something like -4dB at 385 or 500Hz. That cuts down on the midbass and makes them appear even punchier.

Can you provide the full EQ settings instead? I tried fiddle around with it, it sounds so sharp and there's too much treble I guess? I can't seem to get it to sound nice with deep bass..

Mach3Bass at +10 would be a good start. Far left , lower to 80hz, wide, and raise to where it sounds good....from there on, it depends on your individual ears, I think.
