I'm loving it....it's so cute in its charger! and I haven't even listened to (or shaken) it yet.

I love the charger/docking station but I'm too lazy to remove the plastic case when I need to charge the Tictoc so I use the USB cable of the chargerless version instead

Unfortunately those are both 2GB versions. I don't have the 4GB model.

It sounds frickin' awesome with my ie8s... I adore it.















For £25 this is a steal - it sounds great,4Gb, 12 hour battery life, has folder browsing, DNSe and is easy to operate. I'm in love - my Thursday is emotionally replete.

Lebellium, I find the TTS fine - it's great to just shake the player once and hear the artist and track title - a bit of a robotic female voice, but perfectly intelligible to me.

Price, yeah - I wouldn't have paid £50 - £25 was good.. It really does sound good, though, and the DNSe subsets aren't bad at all - not as good as full DNSe I'm sure, but this thing is way better than an iPud shuffle.

French TTS is terrible (it pronounces English words with a French accent....) and the English TTS is not really better and does not sound intelligible to me (but maybe that's because it's a foreign language for me )

And the technology used is not very smart. The TicToc app saves the TTS in a WAV file for every song on the TicToc. WAV files are big. They take much space on the memory. It's a pity a real-time TTS engine has not been used.

It's also a pity it's not possible to change the DNSe preset directly on the TicToc through a button combination.

I did notice that the tts took up some memory - still I have 500 tracks on the player.

I'm trying out auto DNSe (whatever that is), otherwise I think I'll just keep it flat or on Rock.

The bundled iems aren't bad for stock iems, but turquoise?
