Choice of IEMs for my J3?

Hello all,

I recently bought a Cowon J3 and I love it, however I don't think the stock earbuds live up to what that player can output, so I intend to buy some much better headphones.

I've already read many of the threads here and the stickied table comparison, but my head started spinning, I do not have such a refined understanding of the sound quality as you guys obviously do.

And since this is my first post, I will strictly follow the asking guidance in describing my needs:

Price Range: Up to $ 150, lower is better...
Type/Design: IEM.
Closed Style
Primary location of use: At home and on the go, when travelling.
Preferable SQ or Sound Signature: Balanced, I tend to listen to many genres, mostly synthpop, progressive rock, indie rock; but I do not shy away from any genre ranging from industrial (like Mindless Self Indulgence) to classic (Mozart, Beethoven, Enescu)!
Source: FLAC only from the Cowon J3, no amp (not sure the Cowon needs one).

Based on the readings so far, I have narrowed it down to:
1. Panasonic RP-HJE900
2. Phonak Audeo PFE... (?x)
3. Sehnheiser IE7

I would take other suggestions as well, but based simply on current availability in my country (Romania), I feel inclined towards the IE 7. However, if there's anything better in that price range that's worth waiting for a trip abroad, please feel free to change my mind
