Enjoyed your review. I purchased the HD32. My biggest gripe is the almost zilch products, aftermarket or otherwise, offered for the HD by retailers or online. I have been able to play my own movies downloaded from frostwire. I enjoy the marketplace and social and am glad I purchased the Zune HD

I found an error
"One of the things I like about the Zune HD’s keyboard is that it locks your finger to a row of keys so that it makes it more difficult to hit the wrong key in a different row."

Firmware 4.3 changed the keyboard so you are no longer locked to one row of keys

Great review. After my 30GB starting acting up, this review gave me the final push to upgrade to a 32GB HD!
