Syndrome are you in America? If so, go to http://www.jetaudio.com/support/. Halfway down the page you see an option for chatting with a support specialist. You can chat via a messaging box live during their specified business hours. If you're in another country you'll have to go to Cowon's global site and at http://www.cowonglobal.com and click on the "contact us" link at the bottom of the page. You can send them a message and they'll get back to you.
