Headphone Amplifier for Cowon J3

I own a cowon j3 and use senhisser cx300II and bose triport headphones. I have also ordered for a phonak Pfe012 model too. Will a headphone amplifier actually increase the sound quality, if yes pleae suggest some models.

You will achieve higher volumes with a portable amp but increasing the sound quality is best achieved by getting better headphones. What can portable amps accomplish look here.

which headphones / earphones do you suggest. My earlier music was 128kbps, my current music is all 192k or above and flacs.

No, you don't need an amp for these phones with the J3. It won't change anything.
