Default Windows Phone 7 Connector for Mac

... has gone live and can be downloaded here:

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsphon...connector.aspx

And yes... it officially supports Zune HD.

Cheers, Dave.

Actually, it's very much in line with the principles of this website. It doesn't support iPod sync.

Cheers, Dave.

You beat me by 2 minutes...just about to link to your Twitter!!

This is great. I kept from using the hack because of potential bricking or something since it was unsupported, but now it looks all good.

Cool story. I personally can't stand Macs, but I'm glad MS finally tore down THAT barrier for the HD!

I'm curious to see how some folk'll spin this in a way that foretells the END OF THE ZUNE.
__________

In all seriousness, though, this is very welcome. Is there a reason, however, that it took so long to get this out?

No, you cannot. The Windows Phone 7 Connector is the only WP7/Zune HD software available for Macs. It's safe to assume the 5 features listed on the download site are the only ones it offers.
