Fischer DBA-02's Arrived and the Box is Empty

Hi All,

As the title says, my DBA-02's arrived today only for me to open it and find only a warranty card, nothing else. I have sent an email to the reseller I bought it from and Fischer themselves and I am still awaiting a reply. The box was still properly sealed and did not look like it had been tampered with. Has anyone else have this happen to them?

I ordered my Eternas from bugden audio and didnt have any issues. thats the only Fischer product I have ordered

I could see that happening but wow what a bummer :/ ... hope they make good on their mistake.

let us know what they say because now that I think about it mine may have been empty too. yeah, thats right I forgot, I havent been listening to them everyday after all. they should send me another pair to make good.

Yeah, me too. I was really looking forward to them too only to open the box and find nothing inside. GD Baseaudio have already respond with the offer of replacing them, or them with a similar product and giving a full refund.

I wasn't at first but since the distributor has stated he will send out a new pair I am having quite a chuckle.

Nice to hear they're sending you another package, let's hope this one is it You certainly sound like you've taken it all in stride, knowing me something would have blown up at our house

Indeed, a rare manufacturing/packaging oddity I would think. Glad to hear they are doing the right thing, though to be honest, I could see how this would be tough to prove from your side

I had this happen w/2 phones I ordered for me & the Mrs - the myTouch 4G's. They screwed me and said I got them - I got F****D!!! Cell Hub can KMA!!!

That's really unlucky, if that had happened to me I would have gone crazy.

They're sending me a second pair as a gift too which is really good of them (assuming the two boxes don't arrive with a note saying "haha" inside and nothing else ).
