HELP! Spinn Won't delete songs!

Can someone please help me, i recently updated the firmware on my Spinn (manually) to version 2.32 and when i send music to my spinn, it does not show up when i go onto songs, i no that the songs are sent because when i click on file and then music, the new songs that i have sent are there but they are not in the song option, also the Spinn does not let me delete songs and it says "cannot delete, file in play", when they aren't even playing.

simply delete it using your computer

lol, thanks but it would be quicker if i just delted it of my spinn, also when i add new songs to my spinn, for some reason it does not go into the songs folder.
