Hy,
i've just bought an Samsung YP-R1 and i'm really happy with it. Now i want to use the ebook functionality. My question now is, if there is a better reader available then the original? My Problem is, that most of the words where splitted without sense, so that for example just one letter is on the next page. That sometimes really sucks... I would be really happy, if someone could help me. Thanks for that. PS: Sorry for my english, but i'm german and still learning english. |

Doesn't it come with just a basic .txt reader?
Actual ereaders or phones with an ereader app are much better. |

There is only a basic TXT reader indeed.
There is no ebook or PDF reader on most DAPs you know

Ok,
i see. EBook Reader isn't the proper word. ![]() I've meant the txt-reader. But my question is the same. Is there a better one? |

No there isn't a better one.
You cannot install new apps or features on the R1 except some basic flash apps (*.swf)

Hy,
thanks for this hint. I used this Software for converting: http://www.softpedia.com/get/Others/...o-Images.shtml And on the first look, it seems to be really good for reading. I will try out the reading tomorrow. But i think it will be good. Thanks again. |
