Previosly it was in FAT32 format and i formatted it into NTFS cause i want to transfer bigger files then 4gigs.But sadly after i formatted it it hangs.I reset then hold the ON button and it hangs at the 'Q2' logo now.No matter how many times i try
And worse is it doesnt even shows in the My Computer or in the device manager! ![]() Anyone knows how to fix this?And I just bought it

ugh......... Dude your f'ed. I doubt the q2 could even read ntfs. You should have left it fat 32. What do you have over 2 gigs anyways?

ahhh....i was trying to transfer a part of my music songs from my pc that was just like 5gigs or something.
-_- edited: So i called the Samsung center.They didn't even know about the NTFS or FAT32 i was telling.duhh~ Guess the customer service wasnt that techie enough.Guess have to find any chinese shop that can do something with my mp3 for now -_- Last edited by Kooldeelocks; 10-18-2009 at 08:25 PM. |

I have got the same problem - my player is dead right now, because of ntfs format. Meaby someone can say something about that? Some help will be appreciate.

Try to reformat as FAT32?

Can't do this, because there is no connection with my PC. That's really annoing. ;/ I formated the Q2, normally PC shows me a hard drive (as always), but after disconnecting my player, there just nothing, only Q2 logo all the time, I reset my player, then try to connect it back to my PC, but nothing works for me (again only Q2 logo). This sucks.
I really care about stuff like that, and now this... Thats dissapointing. Any moresolutions meaby? |

Yes,
If the Q2 is not recognized by the PC anymore (neither in "my computer" nor in the device manager), you can't do anything yourself. You have to send back your Q2 to the after-sales service center of Samsung Poland.
