Default Replacement for broken RE0?

The headphone on the right side literally fell apart. So, I'm in the market for new earphones. I've only had the RE0 for 3/4 months, is there a warranty for these things?
If there's not, will tape hold it together? Please look at the picture attached to see what happened..

Anyway, what I really liked about the RE0 was the clarity. With the EQ on my J3, it sounded great. Of my past earphones, the RE0 and q-JAYS have been my favorite, with the Klipsch Image S4 coming in close third.

What I really hate though is listening to IEMs for a long time and getting that claustrophobic/tired feeling in your ears. I much prefer speakers, but I also like the portability of earphones as opposed to headphones.

As such, what I'm looking for is clarity, comfort, and wide soundstage, in that order. Any suggestions?

PS I've never used headphones before, so idk about them. Opinions? Also, my upper price limit is probably ~170, and if I can hold the RE0 together for a few more months I'd much rather do that instead of buying a new pair.

Thanks for all your help^^

I think 6 months is the minimum warranty in the USA, so you should definitely get a free replacement, just contact Head-Direct/Hifiman.

If nothing else is damaged, a drop of super glue would do the trick as well, but seeing you're well within warranty, you maybe better go the 'official' route.

If you don't want to do that, as a replacement/upgrade I would recommend the Phonak PFE - they're similar to the RE0 and q-Jays, yet even better sounding to my ears.
