Hey kvud, have you tried to connect walkman from different USB port? Also, can you please recheck your firmware version from settings? Your version may need to be 1.02 to update.

I looked through all the USB! and through the other computer says the same thing see below!

Try with this firmware, it should be a little bit different... http://walkman.update.sony.net/fw/pc...1001_V1_10.exe
