Emodio and computer not recognizing Yp-T9J

Recently upgraded from samsung media studio to Emodio, but now its not recognizing my mp3 player when I plugged it in, so I uninstalled Emodio, reinstalled Medio Studio, and it wasn't recognizing it either, so I upgraded to Emodio again, but now even my computer isn't recognizing the mp3 player, even though then I plug it in, the mp3 player says "USB conncected" and shows the little "connected" icon above the battery charging icon. So....help?
