Where can I can buy single pairs of shure sleeves?

Hi guys,

I'm using Phonak PFE and I found out that they sound nice with the yellow Shure foam sleeves (you have to bother a bit to put them on but it works). Imho better than with the orginal silicon sleeves. Now I'm searching for a store that sells single pairs of Shure sleeves and not the usual sets. So far I found only one seller on Ebay who sells only single pairs of the black foam sleeves ( I'm interested in many others Shure Sleeves too) and wants to much money for them.
