Iriver B30 playlists

Hi

i have a B30 and on the whole, it is excellent. However, I can't seem to get my head around creating playlists.

I do have Plus 4 but don't find it very good. I cant have plus 3 (that came with it) because i run windows 7. My version of plus 4 isn't great - for example, you can't scroll.

I think the playlist extension needs to be .plp - are there any easier programmes that will create a .plp playlist, using only the tracks that are stored on the B30?
