P2 malfunctioning

I've had my P2 for roughly half a year and it's been glitching. I've got 1 stuck pixel (Flashing blue), the player locks up and the screen goes funny, it randomly shuts off, the screen goes mental and it seems unable to read anything on it (lists show up empty and all folders have the same name of whatever is playing) even though at the top it will say 1/216 or whatever there'll be nothing in the list

Are they all like this or did I get a lemon?
Any way I can fix it?
