Sync issue
hello all. I am new here and glad to join the community. My problem is that I have long been using my iriver clix 2gb (the first gen) on my windows 7 ultimate 64 bit machine. i have used wmp 11 and never had trouble syncing music to my player. Last week i started running into problems, where the status will go to 30% sync and stops. when I look at the results, the first 3-4 songs get errors and it stops syncing at the next song. I tried manually drag and dropping but that doesnt work either. I also tried reinstalling the firmware but got an error. I have tried this on my pc, and 2 of the family laptops with the same results. Even after purchasing a new cable the problem is still there. If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it. thank you and have a nice day.
