I bought my Zen merely to store and play audio files. Love it! Playlists and stuff, got the hang of all that. But now I've transferred some .avi files onto the player and they play fine too. But there is a yellow phono type plug attached to the regular audio phonos cable supplied with the Zen. When I plug all 3 into the appropriate sockets on my Panasonic TV or my DVD player, I get audio, but no picture. Am I supposed to see a picture, somehow? Is the cable capable of carrying 'picture' data? If not, what's the yellow jack there for? Forgive my naivety, but all of this is very new to me, having only recently been introduced to this technology at an advanced age. Thanks in advance. M.V.

Hi,
Yes, the yellow plug is able to carry video, so you can watch the videos on a TV. You can activate this by pressing the "av out" button while playing a video. If it still doesn't work, try switching PAL to NTSC in the photo/video settings on the player.
