Yes, the Clip+ can use 32 GB micro SDHC cards, however the player has an 8,000 song limit. The limit might be even less than 8,000 songs if you have long filenames, long tags, or heavily nested files. If you use FLAC or 256 kbps for your songs, the limit probably won't be a problem, but if you use a bitrate of 192 kbps or lower the player might not be able to see all the songs on a 32 GB card.
One other thing. There are many fake 32 GB cards for sale. If a 32 GB micro SDHC card is much under $120 then it is probably fake. Even cards over $120 could be fake, so you need to buy the card from a reputable source. Some of the scammers write 32 Gb, which is 32 gigabit, which means 4 gigabytes! |

The 8,000 song limit isn't an issue if you run rockbox firmware

The only thing I don't like the idea of using 32Gb is the refresh times for the Clip+. I'm using 8GB card and it still takes a full minute or so to refresh my database.
I've noticed in the past that the Clip+ refreshed when I fell pretty hard on my snowboard. I know Clip+ is tough and all, but it is pretty touchy when it comes to the SDHC contacts.
