Default No volume control in settings menu

Despite what the manual says there is no high/low volume control in the settings menu. I've been using my clip+ recently and haven't used the Fuze for a few months but I'm sure it was there before. I'm on firmware 2.03.33. Any idea why?

The region needs to be set to North America, not Europe.....blame the EU!
