original wallpapers disappeared

Hello everyone,
i have suddenly lost all of of the factory wallpapers (i.e. the grey drops)
The pictures do not appear in the files directory.

also, does anyone know how to delete the two pictures in the picture folder which can only be seen from the player? (a pic of an mp 3 player and a flowchart diagram).
