Archos 5 IT w/Android 500GB on Mac & iTunes **Please Help**

I bought the 500GB Archos 5 IMT w/Android and I have no clue how to use it. I have a Mac OS X Version 10.4.11 and I have iTunes and pictures and videos I'd like to be put on my Archos. When I plug my Archos in, and it shows the Charge Only or Mount options. I click Mount so I can transfer files but nothing ever happens. I've been googling, foruming, youtubeing, and trying to find ways to get my itunes music, computer videos and pictures on to my Archos but nothing has been successful. I've tried doing the macports, fink, doubletwist, I tried creating an applescript app because I read in a forum that they just click and drag the files into a script that they made and it transferred over to their Archos. I don't have any idea how to write a script app that would transfer files from my computer to the Archos. If anyone could help to figure out how to get my Mac to even recognize my Archos and transfer files step by step because I am not that computer techy but I'm not absolutely computer illiterate.. But any help would be greatly appreciated and I hope someone out there can help me. Thanks for reading

The Mac is the big problem. ITunes only sees iPods and won't see your Archos. It should show up as a storage drive and let you drag/drop media files directly to it from where your media is stored on your hard drive.

^ Yep that is the only way you can use it. Drag and drop. That said this is the best feature of Archos players as they will take almost any file format. Does your Mac also make your forum posts look like rainbows?
