Zen Xtra New 40GB HD, unknown format

Finally replace the hard disk of my zen xtra, but I have trouble with something, I can upload my mp3 music by usb, but If select play, I get a message saying unknown format,
Steps to replace 1.- partition and format fat32, installation and assembly of the nomad, upgrade the firmware "ZenXtraP4SAudible_PCFW_LB_2_10_03," and start the zen rescue mode and format the drive restart, the menu appears, and easily upload mp3 music, but the message appears when you select play. can someone help resolve this ??
