Help with Installing Rockbox on M240v4.

I appreciate the hard work of funman and others on what they have done with the Sansa AMS port. I know that Rockbox is considered unusuable on the M200V4 but I am going to install anyway. However I am trying to understand the instructions to install and I just don't get it.
1) I downloaded the bootloader, mkamsboot, original firmware and the latest version of the m200v4 rockbox file.
2) I changed my player to msc mode.

I am stuck on what folder to create and which to put where. i read and reread the instructions on the Rockbox website but I don't understand it. I installed rockbox on my gigabeat F40 easily for two years now but this is puzzling me. Please help.

Once I get this installed on my M240v4 I would like to help any way I can in testing and reporting bugs if that can further this port to become more stable.
