Bricked i7 in MTP mode, help please

I’m not sure if it makes any difference or not but AFAIK tcctools was written to run on 32 bit XP, that said if you followed step two just right and the commands in cmd in step 3 it should work. I know I once had issues connecting in usb boot mode on another player, took me a few tries and on another I had to let the battery run down (not that this works on i7 but giving ideas). Also I have read that it’s taken some people several tries before they succeeded, good luck and please let us hear back on your status.
