Should I get the J3 or wait for the D3?

I currently own a 16gb D2, 4gb Sansa clip and 1gb iPod shuffle (1st gen, the good one lol). I used to have an i7 which was my favorite until I broke it at the gym. Note to others: 135 pounds dropped onto an i7 is not pretty.

I'm really excited/interested in the 32gb J3 but I don't know if I should just wait until at least the specs for the D3 are announced. I don't need a new player as the D2 I have is great and exceeds all of my needs but.... I want a new shiny one! I think I'm addicted lol.

Has there been any word about how long until the D3 is announced? I read that it might support android but that's all I've heard. Any help would be great. If it's anytime soon then I can be patient.
