NWZ-X1000 Firmware improvements

Hi all,

I should be receiving my 16gb NWZ-X series walkman soon, but is it really worth upgrading the firmware. If so, is it more better now for browsing the web (not that I want to), but is the wifi side of things better.

Also, can this walkman be hacked by accessing the service/test mode, and is there a service manual out there.

I upgraded mine right away, since I am sure some other changes have been made to stabilize the firmware. as for hacking, what did you want to hack? the volume? or other functions, which I doubt you will find.
