+1 to this. I use Teracopy at work and at home and it's fantastic for reliably moving numerous files at once. You'll never wonder what did and did not copy over, and you get a reliable estimate on the copy times, too. Very handy when I first loaded up my Sony NWZS545 recently. That thing is sloooow, but I need to keep the transfer mode the default way because I use it with subscription media.
