Default Any Way to roll back firmware on Sansa Fuze

I'm hoping someone can help me. I have just updated the firmware on the OH's sansa fuze, only to find Sandisk have ever so kindly put a limit on the volume so now you can't hear the music when in a noisy environment. I was just listening to the radio whilst using the bathroom and even when on full blast, the radio was drown out by the flushing toilet, which before the F/W update, anything above 50% volume would deafen you.

Is there anyway of rolling the firmware back to the old version now it has been installed? If there is, can someone give me directions on how to go about it or if there is a piece of software which does it for me, direct me to that please?
