Default Rockboxed H10 connects to Mac in UMS/MSC mode!

I'm not posting this as a problem, but as a significant fact I haven't been able to find mention of anywhere, including the Rockbox web site and the Rockbox manual for this model.

Since I installed Rockbox on them, my two fully-working 5GB 'MTP' H10's connect to my Mac (G4 running Leopard) in MSC mode. Before installing Rockbox, they would only connect in MSC mode if I used the forced connect trick at startup. Moreover, they would only connect in MTP mode (using XNJB as the poor Mac substitute for WMP) after the cable was connected for several minutes, the delay apparently depending on how much material was on the H10. Now they connect within seconds of plugging in the cable or starting the H10, whichever is done last.

I'm quite happy using MSC/UMS to connect, but am curious if there's a way to force an MTP connection with the Rockbox firmware. I'm also curious about what connection options there are when connecting to a Windoze machine.
