I have firmware version 1.28EU here (I tried the links in message 1 but they no longer exist/work)

Sorry if anyone has already answered this, but I have mostly filled the player with music (26mb left).. the files are in a folder, in the Music folder on the T9, but the "Media Studio" software cannot see this folder or any of the files in it.. if I try browsing through Windows.. same problem.. the Music folder is visible but not the subfolder

I have a backup of the music anyway.. how do I format the T9? (looked everywhere on the menu etc).. where do I go to get a software upgrade?
