ok so i downloaded the Visual C# 2008 Express and the XNA and zune extentions
but the XNA doesnt recognize that i have the C# software installed so it wont install.... any solutions???? |

You could ditch XNA all together and work with the openZDK toolkit if you're handy with C and C+. You will have more control over your work including internet access, better graphics, and clocking the Tegra
.

Yeah I was going to eventually do that
But I need the xna so that I can get the games already made don't I?? |

I believe you need to explicitly install XNA Game Studio 3.1 and not Visual C# express / XNA separately. Even if you have the full blown Visual Studio, you still have to install XNA Game Studio which includes its own twist of Visual C# express. This changed for XNA Game Studio 4.0 but as you probably know, that doesn't work with Zune.
