Help! my sansa wont turn on.. but the blue ring is still glowing

is there a way i can just reset it or to get the screen back on???.. im still charging it and still noo screen

Try holding your power button for about 20 seconds, let it shut down and then try reboot.

Edit: Or pull the battery out for a little while and then reseat it properly and reboot.
